Manager - Miss Jennifer Harding

Jennifer has over 10 years
experience in the Health and Social
Care industry. Jennifer has recently
completed her Level 5 Diploma.
Jennifer has worked tirelessly to
ensure Montrose meets national
and local compliance standards.
Jennifer works with staff on a daily
basis in all areas of care. Jennifer
attends all RNHA roadshows and
conferences throughout the year to
keep up to date with any changes in
Jennifer sets extremely high
standards for all members of staff
to follow. Jennifer prides herself on
getting to know all residents and relatives associated with Montrose and is always willing to discuss any issues or suggestions they may have.

Deputy Manager - Rachel French, Head of Care, has an NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care and has over 5 years of experience in different care settings.
Staff - Out of 11 care staff, 3 other members of staff have gained NVQ Level 3 in care as well as NVQ Level 2, and 5 other members have their NVQ Level 2, and 1 staff member is currently working towards NVQ Level 2. All new staff commencing work at Montrose will undertake induction training before being offered the opportunity to progress to NVQ Level 2 or above as required by the Care Standards Act.
